I mean they literally skipped town) in a state of disrepair. Typically what the former occupant leaves behind is damaged property. Whether it be trash, property, filth, swimming pools full of trash, kitchen's destroyed, bathrooms turned into cesspools, holes in the drywall, flooring destroyed and so on. Inside & Out. We basically do all the needed clean up, lock rekeying, repairs and maintenance to these properties. Inside & Out. DBS Construct Inc. provides the following on-site property preservation services:
	Re-keying both front and rear door locks, as well as securing garage doors and gates.	Landscaping Services: Sprinklers, mowing, trim shrubs, landscape enhancements.
	Trash Out/Debris Removal: Clean-up and debris removal for safety, compliance, and appearance.	Swimming Pool Maintenance: Opening the pool and starting filtration system; draining, cleaning and filling pool, adding chemicals and providing weekly pool maintenance.
	Cleaning Services include vacuum carpets, mop floors, cleaning sinks, bathtubs and toilets.	Repairs: Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Glass.
	Winterization/Plumbing: Complete wet or dry winterizations according to local code to prevent weather-related damage to home and plumbing system.	Remodeling: Partial or Full remodeling work performed according to client approved proposals and local building codes.

	Boarding/Securing: Properties can be boarded and secured in accordance with HUD specifications, local code, and the client’s requests.	Smoke Detectors installed throughout residence as needed and ensure full operation
